Automatic Instagram & Facebook views sync

After creating your account, connect Meta from your profile to let MyStash AI sync Instagram/Facebook views automatically.

You do not need to paste tokens manually. Create your account first, then open Profile and use “Connect Instagram / Facebook”.
Requirements for automatic sync
  1. Your Instagram must be a Professional account: Business or Creator.
  2. Your Instagram should be connected to a Facebook Page you manage.
  3. Facebook views require a Facebook Page, not a personal-only profile.
  4. When you connect Meta, you will sign in directly with Meta and authorize access.
  5. MyStash AI will store the connection securely and use it only to sync views for your published posts.
Never paste your Facebook or Instagram password anywhere. The secure connection happens through Meta’s official authorization screen after sign in.

How Instagram / Facebook sync works
  1. Click Connect Instagram / Facebook.
  2. Meta will open an official Facebook authorization screen.
  3. Choose Continue as... with the Facebook account that manages your Page.
  4. Select the Facebook Pages you want MyStash AI to access.
  5. Select the Instagram Business / Creator accounts connected to those Pages.
  6. Review the requested permissions and click Save.
  7. You will return to this portal. Your status should change to Connected.
Important requirements
  1. Your Instagram must be a Professional account: Business or Creator.
  2. Your Instagram must be connected to a Facebook Page you manage.
  3. Facebook automatic sync works with Facebook Pages, not personal-only profiles.
  4. YouTube and TikTok continue syncing separately. Instagram/Facebook sync through Meta when insight access is available.
  5. If a post shows manual_required, the post may belong to another Page/account, the token may have expired, or Meta did not grant insights access.
MyStash AI never asks for your Instagram/Facebook password. You will be redirected to Meta’s official authorization page.
